Deloitte Auditeur assistant interview questions

Phone interview first then in-office interviews with manager and partner. I got referral from a manager. Then HR called me to ask some basic questions like why deloitte, my education background, my interest, etc. I felt like phone interview was harder. In-person interviews turned out to be easier. Those reviewers seemed pretty cool; and we had great conversations. No technical questions

1. Online application - straightforward. 2. SHL/ Kenexa style online questions - easier than a piece of cake. 3. Assesment center questions - full day (I mean 7 am - 7 pm full day) with exercises intended to measure your ability to handle crises, deal with tough clients, lead teams, negotiate and create business plans. 4. Partner interview (waiting to hear back)
