There are two interviews. Both face to face. First interview, General questions were asked for fresh graduates such as what are some of your projects/internships you did in university. Second interview asked more in depth related to your role. Some IT technical questions about network ports, network devices. 15 mins written test about top 3 things you look out for in a career. Interviewers are friendly.

Technical interview but the panel of 3 was supportive and encouraging. They gave me situations and asked what my course of action will be. They ask questions based on the profile. Also they check your knowledge in your field of interest
