was very good process, first round was TDD kind of round with pair programming. Interviewer was coding and need to tell him the right process. Question was design custom HashSet. Interviewer was very cool

I got a call from the recruiter without a notice, at 6:30 in the morning (since I live in Arizona), I did not answer thinking it was some spam call and there was a voicemail with name and number. Well at least he emailed me with his details after I did not answer. I responded to email and also called back to the number the same day with no response. Emailed the recruiter again for the second time with no response. I do not know if I would have gotten the job or not but it left me wondering how things would have been if I had answered the call. This is no lottery, you reject a person after talking to them not because they did not answer a phone call
