I have been interview for Product management. The interview arrangement is very fast and good. The sad thing when your interviewer lost his eyes contact and maybe text hp, make you lost your focus and feel disrespect. Second, offensive question when they ask why you have many job change? Not all people luckily as them. Working as contract and permenant is different benefit. People suffering work in contract, no secure job, less benefit, no bonus, no increment and etc. You have family to take care, debt to pay.. how they can ask this question. If you reallly want to know, do the background checking.
