We started off with an initial screen. They described there being a few extra steps after this but I did not proceed to them. The initial screen was mostly about background and a little about me.

As a Senior Analyst, I will leverage my expertise in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions. My role will involve interpreting complex datasets, creating actionable reports, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.

Bad interview experience with their hiring manager. 1. The interviewer was late for 30+ mins, and no apology, even any excuse. 2. He never turned on the camera because he was working from home. (???) I felt I was talking to air. 3. Ask weird questions, and self-talk 4. After 20 mins, the interview's supposed to be ended (but he's late for 30+ min already!) Never had such a negative and irresponsible interview before.
