Purpose: To assess your background, expectations, and salary discussion.
Topics Covered:
Introduction and overview of your experience.
Salary expectations and budget discussion.
Basic questions about your understanding of the role.
Work location, notice period, and availability.
Tech, fitment and hr interviews were held. The interview process has good structure and experience. Feedback was provided after the interview. Offer process was managed by HR with some negotiations.
It was very easy, the interviewers were very chill, they asked basic questions regarding aptitude. They want to test if you are eager to learn and are quick to pick up.
