Two Phases: 1) Phone-call Interview: Here they just check your communication skills & basics relating to your current state in terms of work & other. 2) DRD - i) Physical: Includes beep test & more interesting ground tasks to do. ii) PI: Everyones is from a sports background. They don't look for educational qualifications. Better if u have a degree. Else all you need to be is enthusiastic, Up for challenges, Good communication skills, sporty & a brain that can learn quick.

I was a Fresher when I applied and Interview process was quite new to me. A fitness test followed by a team game followed by a personal interview. Not a single document/certificate required, which was quite refreshing in India
