I was interviewed after the "live our life" program. The interview was informal and were kept strictly based on the company's needs. Interviewers were friendly and helpful during the process.
Easy to Crack. No education or technical knowledge needed. Need to be sporty and fit. Good communication skills .... asked me about my personal life. My journey and why i want want to to join the company
Applications are usually initially made based on recommendations from colleagues. This is followed by a two-stage interview process. If the first interview with the head of the sports department is successful, a second interview is conducted with the store manager, and the process is evaluated.

Easy, collective interview initially before proceeding to a one on one interview with the department manager. Different interview date with the store leader. Basic interview questions, nothing too difficult. Perfect for first-time job seekers.
