Phone Coding Interview (1 hour, pure coding, interesting, hard level) + Hiring Mgr Culture Fit (ask a bunch of questions: your goal, strength, project, etc) + Onsite (4 Rounds, 4 different rounds, overall interesting) + Take-Home Coding + 2 References Letters from my previous hiring manager and previous tech leads.
The interview process is smooth, and recruiters are informative, which is really good for a company. Besides, the interviewers are also full of professionals, and they are interested in your previous projects

Very long process. Reference check without plans for an offer doesn’t sit right. Definitely needs to be restructured to avoid wasting so much time
