Databricks Software Engineer interview questions

Chat with recruiter first. Then another interview doing leetcode style questions while sharing your screen with a senior and junior databricks engineer looking at your work. Cannot use any help from AI, googling etc. They want you to only focus on the leetcode, did not make it past this round.

Technical phone screen. Lasted 1 hour, one coding question. My solution works on all sample inputs provided. During the coding process I was asked edge cases, how and why choose the algorithm I want as the solution to the problem, explain difference between this algorithm and another similar algorithm.
