I submitted the online application. The recruiter scheduled a call with me, with the earliest time slot being two weeks after the initial email. Then two technical phone screens, each one about an hour long with a week in between. Virtual on-site that was five hours and four rounds. I had a terrible experience overall. Received very positive feedback for each stage of the interview rounds (including during the on-site, when the interviewers told me I had solved each problem correctly), but was rejected after the five hour virtual on-site with no feedback. When I asked for feedback the recruiter just gave me generic tips and "advised" me to "improve my technical skills," which I found strange since I had solved every part of the interview questions with time to spare. The recruiter also promised to finish the entire interview process within two weeks, but the process ended up taking four weeks.
