Databricks Senior Account Manager interview questions

The recruiter was great and I certainly had the skillsets for the role. Recruiter and I were aligned so I got moved to the next stage. The Hiring Manager I spoke to next was driving and not really paying attention to my experience and how I could be a fit to her team. She was new to managing the team in the industry that I had 20 years experience. She was a bit lost on how to drive change and growth within the industry. My experience and examples did not resonate and she did not have an idea about how to approach the particular industry that I knew like the back of my hand.
