Databricks Sales Director interview questions

Overhyped organization. The whole hiring process is badly managed, with no updates provided after on-site interview for a month and a half. Also, realized during the hiring process that the compensation is way below the market standards. Eventually got a call from recruiter after 45 days that they have hired a junior person who was just working for the client. No job related experience, they basically want to hire folks who have contacts within the organization, that’s it.
