Databricks Marketing interview questions

Very quick, many stages, get to meet many people, but they keep us updated on process. Many stakeholders. Expect to meet about 5 to 6 persons before final presentation. Most times HR is not involved.

Initial interview on the phone. Hiring manager asked me to come in. I was expecting to interview with a handful of people. I ended up interviewing with close to 8 people in one day. Be ready for questions from people have no knowledge about your role and for them to not know the answer and articulate the question. Be ready for the CEO to not be very personable. Be ready for a long day of redundant interviews. Databricks, if you are going to have close to 8 people interview someone, toss them all into a conference room and do the interview in two groups. Never been through such a rough and weird interview process. Kind of glad I didn't get an offer.
