You will get a coding challenge in your email that you must complete on your own time and then you get graded for it by this third party site. I didn't make it past this so I am not sure what would come next but I think based on the score you would either continue or not continue.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Databricks in Jan 2023
Interview
They ask you to interview with 8 different people, which right off the bat 8 rounds of interviews is ridiculously long. Took 2 months to get all that figured out and scheduled. Then they ask you for a "campaign" where they expect you to write out essentially a project plan for something you would do in the role. Once thats all done you present to those same 8 people...After that you get a simple email that says thanks but no thanks. Waste of 2 months.

Question 1
Provide a skeleton nurture framework describing the program you will build to
support this nurture in a marketing automation platform. Include any necessary
components of the program that you will need to manage flows, membership,
content requirements, tracking, and reporting.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2023
Interview
This was a typical sales development representative interview. It was very fast moving (two - three weeks to offer if I remember correctly?), really smart, awesome team working there. Very good role play in the final interview - gets you excited, especially if you're interested in the AI space/data warehousing. If you're worried about the technical complexity of selling this product, use Perplexity.AI and ChatGPT to help with elevator pitches. It will make things much easier!
Really great team.
