I applied for the DataBrick for a software engineer internship. Later, I got an email for the first round, which is a technical coding round consisting of 4 questions. I solved 2 questions correctly and got errors in 3rd question and time is not sufficient to complete the test
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Databricks
Interview
It was probably one of the most drawn-out interview processes I’ve ever gone through. I applied for the job in early May and had an introductory call. After multiple rounds across 6 interviewers, they would ghost and then tell me I’m still a strong candidate. HM went on pto for 3 weeks and then set a meeting with me to discuss changes to the role. Even said they wanted to confirm the changes before an offer was made. I was then once again ghosted and then received a canned rejection email after three months of an interview process. It's not respectful of candidates' time to string them along for that long without even providing a final resolution or feedback.

Interview
There were 6 rounds. 1st was hiring manager technical. 2nd was another technical. 3rd was coding and 4th was behavioral. I couldn't clear the interview after that round. The hiring managers were helpful.
