I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Databricks (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2024
Interview
A quick screening with a recruiter and then a scheduled phone interview through Google Meet. Then 4 rounds of final interviews. The first 2 rounds of coding are pretty much like Leetcode problems but both are from their internal question database. Then 1 round of cross-functional interview with a manager, traditional behavioral questions like how do you resolve conflicts with colleagues or your manager. Then 1 last round of system programming including multi-threading knowledge and coding. You don't have to give compilable code, but be as precise as you can for the syntax.
