Databricks Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

Great interview process, very quick and efficient. Great to see interviewers also taking the time to answer interviewee's questions! Also good to note that they really take the time to ensure there is a good cultural fit and it is possible to speak to different people in very different positions.

The whole process was extremely quick, all taking place within 1.5 weeks. It was a 3 part interview. One Peer interview with an SDR, an interview/role play with an Account Executive and then lastly an interview with the Country Manager. Overall a very great experience, all information you need is on the website to prepare a foundation for a good interview process. It was also a great learning experience as well.
