Interview
I did SEVEN interviews: with the recruiter, hiring manager, 2 others on the team, 2 people on another team, and the VP of the team. Afterward, I heard nothing for 3 weeks (despite some prodding). Then they told me the role had been filled, but they wanted me to do 2 more interviews for another one that was opening up. Before we could schedule those additional sessions, I was GHOSTED.
