Databricks Sr. Solutions Architect interview questions

You can expect a thorough interview process that includes both a technical screening, coding test and a demo presentation to a panel. The demo presentation is constructed like a client call with buyer personas and you will be asked competitive questions.

I was referred to Databricks by an ex-colleague who now works for them. The interview process was very straightforward: 15 min recruiter interview, 30 min hiring manager interview, 1 hr technical interview, coding interview (via CodeSignal), 1 hr panel presentation, 30 min debrief with hiring manager & recruiter. Overall the process was really well organised. I knew what to expect and what the timelines for each step were. They wanted to complete the cycle before the Christmas holidays and were very swift with organising meetings and getting people to do the interviews. Overall, the entire thing took about 3 weeks.
