Interview
Got contacted by recruiter about a role in Amsterdam, spoke with some managers who seemed okay (albeit not very technical).
Then there was the first online coding interview - and oh boy, what an experience it was. Interviewer didn't seem to be interested at all in my solution, turned off his camera right after I started coding and wasn't very communicative.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2020
Interview
Phone screen with a harsh recruiter, asked my current compensation upfront. When I asked about info she didn't know, promised to get back to me before moving forward to onsite interviews. Never did, I knew I wasn't being considered anymore by an automated email.
