Databricks interview questions

I had 45 min interviews with 4 people across the sales/partner org, followed by a 1-hour panel interview for which I prepared a 3-6-12 month plan - essentially what I proposed to work on and accomplish my first year at Databricks.

There were several phone screens and then an in-person interview. The process seemed a bit chaotic and error prone. The in-person invitation felt abrupt, and when I got there, felt rather unplanned.
