I recieved leetcode questions via email couple of weeks after applying. Test was 5 questions all code. Got 80/100 of the leetcode test. Recieved no further email afterwards from databricks.
Straightforward, flexible and efficient. It seemed like there were the right amount of steps for each side to get enough of a picture in order to make a decision. In the later stages, recruiting was responsive, communicative, and made themselves available to answer questions.

Really positive, straightforward, transparent and fair. They are not trying to trip you up with trick questions and I was met with transparency and honesty every step of the way. The team really made me feel wanted and would constantly go above and beyond.
