Databricks interview questions

Got approached through cold outreach by a Databricks recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a phone conversation and agreed on next steps. Then, I never heard back from the Databricks recruiter. I sent an additional email and finally got a response after 3 days saying they won't be moving forward with my candidacy. What a waste of time and lack of respect! Don't do the cold outreach if you are not going to move forward with a candidate.

The interview process consisted of the following steps: 1. 45 minute interview with the hiring manager -- If you pass above step -- 2. 2 hour writing test -- If you pass above step -- 3. Two 45 minute interviews with counterparts within the team -- If you pass above step -- 4. Three 45 minute interviews with individuals outside of the immediate team
