Great interview process although they said they weren't looking for someone with experience but that was ultimately the reason I didn't get the gig. Everyone I met with was very friendly. They told me to check back in a year.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Databricks (Cary, NC) in Aug 2022
Interview
Had an initial video interview with the hiring manager. Then a coder pad coding interview with a senior engineer. Later there were three more back to back interviews (two technical and one behavioral). Next was the final interview with a senior leader. Before I received an offer I had to submit three work references. All my interviewers were friendly with good back and forth communication.
