I applied online. I interviewed at Databricks in May 2025
Interview
Initial recruiter call. The recruiter was extremely rude, and honestly, the way she acted alone made me not want to continue with the process even if given the opportunity to move forward.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
The interview was fairly lengthy, but the recruiters were fast in updating my, I interviewed for the SSA role in London, UK.
It starts off with a recruiter screen and a HM screen, followed by a coding test and an architecture review where you would be asked to design or upgrade an architecture, and then a technical interview and executive interviews.
The process took 3 weeks for me, and the recruiters were very helpful to answer my doubts. Lots of information was given during the interview process, which is very positive.
