I applied online for a mechanical engineering internship at cummins website. after one week they sent me an email saying that they want to have a phone interview with me. It was a simple behavior interview, and they asked what are my strengths and weaknesses, a time when you argue with a teammate, a time when you succeed, a time when you fail.
