Cummins Financial Analyst interview questions

There were 2 rounds of interview, held on separate days. Interviewers were friendly, straightforward and candid. Questions asked were mainly to assess whether you are a team player, how you handle difficult situations / people, how you can fulfil your role (because I had no strong prior relevant working experience to the position I applied for).

It's a typical structured interview and all the questions they asked are behavioral questions. They have list and they would go over the list. There are two interviewers and they are nice and friendly.
