Interview
I talked to the HR in an on campus career fair, and handed in my resume. Then I get a job interview also on campus. This is just a normal behavior interviews. There were two interviewers. Both were asking all kinds of question about describing some situation, like teamwork, multitasking.

Question 1
All of the questions I have been asked are those I have prepared for, so there is nothing unexpected.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cummins in Nov 2011
Interview
I received an invitation for a face-to-face interview through my college's career services website. I interviewed with two representatives on-campus and the interview lasted 30-40 minutes. The interview was meant to be behavioral but ended up having shades of a technical interview because of some of the things I mentioned. In my opinion, I think this helped me stand out. I received an invitation for a phone interview a few weeks later. The phone interview was behavioral, lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer wanted to find out more about the projects I'd been involved in and what kinds of roles I played. A couple of weeks after that I gave another phone interview. This interview seemed fairly pointless as I found myself answering the same questions as before. In any case, all the interviews went off very well. I expected a call to visit Columbus, IN, next. A couple of weeks later, when I did get the call, I was simply shocked to have been extended a full-time offer. I received all the official documents a week later. The offer was better than what I expected and I accepted it.

Question 1
I wasn't asked anything extraordinary which I can remember. Make sure to be very well rehearsed with all the details of the projects/assignments that you've mentioned on your resume. The few technical questions that I was asked were very specific to my case and so, I don't think are worth mentioning here.
