Recruiter also lied that there were no layoffs in the compliance department and whereas there have not been mass layoffs, there has been layoffs in the same department as a mechanism to budget cut. Remember - you cannot simply lie to people that work with investigations and talk to other investigators.

You'll have two phone interviews with team members who will focus on understanding your knowledge of markets and your analytical thought process when trading your specific asset class. They'll also discuss your past technical experience in trading or related roles, and explore your motivations and reasons for wanting to leave your current job.
