Crypto.com Customer Associate interview questions

I applied at crypto.com for the position of a customer associate with 2 languages. The first step was to answer to 14 questions and video record them, then i had a video call where the manager asked some questions and we had a job simulation. He sent me a link with the FAQ and then turned off the camera and the mic, and started a chat. You just need quickly to navigate among the questions and to be polite. Later on I had a interview on my second language just to check my level.
