First applied online. After a few days I was first contacted by a recruiter, who asked me to answer some screening questions. Then, I had a first and second round interview via Skype Interviews (video + interactive code editor). They don't fly interns out for an on-site interview in Palo Alto.

Interview
First there was a phone screen, followed by a skype interview with 2 technical questions. We then scheduled an on-site interview that consisted of 4 parts that were each an hour (2 technical, then 1 design, finally speaking with a manager). They really ran it all very well.
