You can try to reach out to them for feedback and see if you are one of the unlucky ones. Second of all, I have talked to many people who have interviewed for this position and your interview experience varies greatly on the interviewer. It is not standardized. Some interviewers are friendly, some interviewers look like they don't want to be there. The analytical questions asked in the third stage are also not standardized in difficulty level so all candidates will not be assessed with the same standards.
