Interview
Criteo HR contacted me and seemd to be nice. And everything was going well till some point. Phone interview, first skype interview and second interview were alright. And then when I tried to get feedback after 2nd interview I got nothing but silence from HR. Tried to reach them by email and skype but no reply. Yes/No answer is always acceptable but silence doesn't look like a perfect way to response.

This has first round of HR screening and two rounds of Technical round (more coding discussing with interviewer) and one round of system design. Later last round of offer discussion.
