Criteo Associate Account Strategist interview questions

It was ok at first but wasn't direct. This is a feedback on the mathematical test given, it is not fair enough that 2 people take the test, one person does the test alone with the little knowledge and idea he has but according to criteo he fails but the other person pays a professional in the field to do it for him and he passes and he is accepted by criteo to go further while the other is cut off. I describe the process as one which is favourable to cheats. Its logical to allow all parties proceed to the end then judgement is made across all parameters rather than just one parameter been used. That's just my two cents

First of all I had an HR interview, then one more technical with my future manager and last but not least, I had one week to prepare a case study and to present it to my manager, the commercial director and a Senior Account Strategist of the team. As I was in Paris and applying for a position in London, I did the first interview by phone, then on VC from home and for the case study, they offered me to come to the Paris office for the VC, which was a great opportunity to see more about the atmosphere of Criteo.
