Control Risks Researcher interview questions

Had an interview in a coffee shop recently! Discussed recent developments in South Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Middle East region. The interview process was usual. Applied online, received a call and arranged the interview. The interview in itself was a nice experience, I enjoyed it. Relaxed atmosphere, formal questions with the possibility of presenting yourself.

I applied via email with my resume and cover letter in late December 2015. Two weeks later, I was contacted for a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was asked to complete a 150-minute assessment in English and Arabic that required I research investors and companies. Five days later, I was contacted again for a panel interview with the hiring manager, where they mostly asked me about my responses to the assessment and my knowledge of foreign investments in the Middle East.
