First thing was arranging an initial phone call to discuss what Control Risks does, what the role involved and to talk about myself and how I would fit in the team. Once the call is done, an HR person then invites you to do a timed research assessment if the initial call was deemed successful

I interviewed at their London office a couple of weeks after applying.
After that, I never heard from them! The least you can do when you have someone take a day off from their current job to interview, is to let them know how they did after their interview - even an automated email would do!
