I applied in-person. I interviewed at Control Risks (Bogotá, Bogota) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process started by sending my resume to the company. Then, they called me asking what day I can go to the office to an interview. When we were at the interview, I had to talk with the CHO (Chief Hapiness Officer) about my achievements and because he is from the same university as me, we talked about our experiences there and with the career. Then he told me that someone would send me an Excel Task.
They give you 30 minutes to send them back the completed task. Then they call you to invite you to the office to talk about the offer o to say "Thanks".
