I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Condé Nast
Interview
I applied for a different role and was put forward for this one instead, although no one explained that to me. Even after asking to book in this chat, they didn't even send me the job description for this other role.
I attended an online first stage chat with a Talent Partner and it put me off this job/company. It felt like they'd already made up their mind about me before I'd answered any questions. They weren't responsive to my answers and even asked the same question a few times, as if they didn't believe my initial answer.
Overall, this first stage chat put me off, so when I didn't hear back I didn't bother chasing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Condé Nast (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
It was quite seamless and I had a thorough screening with Talent team beforehand which helped me when going into the interview. It felt more like a chat which is always nice.
