First I exchanged some emails with HR, then a phone interview with Human Resources and then I backed away from doing more because I didn't think it would be a good fit.

Took longer than they said to get back to me, had an interview and they were very unfriendly. I never heard back after, but would have been nice if they could have let me know I hadn't got the job.
