I applied online by sending a direct email. I was contacted the next day for an interview and was hired within a week. The process was smooth and easy.

Your past experience doesn't show that you have the skill for this position. Why are you interested in something like this?
There was one screening interview with an HR representative, and then one interview with a hiring manager. Neither one was more than 30 minutes. The HR representative called to offer the job.
Application process was pretty simple. First stage was the application, then you had a video task. Then a final interview. Advice would be to really research the company e.g recent news and understand the company values.
