Conduent Customer Service CSR interview questions

Wasn’t bad at all. Face to face. My interview was more like a conversation. Professional however. It was in a conference room. My interview was not long at all.

First, you had to pass an assessment on the computer that tested your typing, listening, and bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish. Second, you do an interview with the main supervisor. Third, you do a last interview as far as your personal point of view on different employment scenarios (eg, Is it acceptable for an employee that does a no call no show?)
