Concentrix Technical Support interview questions

Interview was great and the people are friendly. It was an easy interview, had to describe yourself and do a typing test. After the typing, you nested with someone on the floor and listened to phone calls for about 30 minutes.

it was good and supportive . I was told to give technical round and they gave after I cleared the round and then there is last round of ops . In all my experience was good
