You first have to apply online and must have at least six or more months of Customer Support experience. This is a remote job. And you will be working for a private company and behalf of Concentrix. You do get paid training. And you will be tested by words per minute of typing. Also, the speed of your network. Make sure you have a private office room dedicated for receiving calls when you start working after training. And the Pay can be between 15, 17, or $20 per hour For position without a degree and only a high school diploma. During the training for one month, you will be tested to see if you retain all that you’ve learned and if you fail the test two times you will no longer work with the company.
