I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Concentrix (London, ON) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was smooth. They gave you a few assessments to complete. These assessments test your communication, customer service, problem-solving, typing and working under pressure skills. The interview also includes a based assessment where you are asked behavioural questions.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to work under pressure how you handled it and what was the result.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
