It is very smooth. There is a versamt test for the cistomer service represnetatives to check the vocabulary and the english skills. so keep listiening the audio and answer the questions..the audio is in us english so you need to carefully watch for the audio

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
