Pretty straightforward interview. Prepare as much as you can, paying close attention to the job description and you're going to nail it. It takes 2 rounds of interviews to get an offer but worth it at the end.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
