Primeiro você faz prova escrita, dinâmica e entrevista com RH.
Durante a avaliação escrita são diversos exercícios lógicos, português e matemática e descer como você resolveria um problema específico. Caso você passe nessa fase você precisa resolver um caso de um cliente e apresentar a solução na hora, se você for aprovado, você faz entrevista com RH onde te perguntam sobre sua localidade e experiências anteriores.

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
