The initial process was more on Phone interviews and since I don't have Pc at home they told me to go onsite to take all of the assessment. I passed all of the exam and got a Final interview after 4 days but I don't know what will happen next or if I will be accepted on the company

Why chose call center rather than chosing your career?
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
