I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Ámsterdam) in Oct 2019
Interview
I have applied for an English speaking position but the recruiter contacted me and informed me that they are looking for polish speakers (I’m a native polish speaker). Even though I wasn’t interested in this language position I thought I’m going to try. I got invited for an interview to the office and a short (very quick and rushed) company presentation. There was no enthusiasm at all in any of the employees we’ve met. After that we had to take a couple of quizzes on some old computers about the windows operating system and write emails in English and our native language. Then I had an interview with my potential Team Leader and she wasn’t very polite or kind. I felt a negative vibe coming from her. She was reading her questions very fast and I felt like she doesn’t even wasn’t to speak to me. She mentioned that I left my two previous jobs after a short time and it “looks bad on my CV”. She suggested to work longer for the companies I work for... She asked too many questions about my previous company- she was asking about negative things. At the end we also had a language test which was VERY easy like on a 5th grade level... All of my tests went very very well but the team leader decided that I don’t fit for the position and tbh I was very happy that they didn’t offer me the job! the atmosphere in this office was really odd as well as the interview with the TL. I felt she was trying to attack me with some questions. I also don’t think I would get on well with that team leader. Strange place! Id just like to thank the recruiters which were very polite!

Foi realizado online, com perguntas sobre sua disponibilidade, horário e sobre sua experiência profissional.
A entrevista foi bem dinâmica e rápida.
Te deixam bem a vontade e te tratam com acolhimento e respeito.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
